SAFE SERVICE® is a digital support for tourist businesses and provides a clear and always up-to-date overview of the valid safety regulations. At the same time, SAFE SERVICE® is also a communication tool to visibly position oneself as a responsible host to the outside world.
Under the motto “For our guests. For us. For Tyrol”, companies can have their employees trained on distance rules, hygiene, contactless customer experience & Co. New requirements, such as entrance tests, guest registration and prevention concepts, are also part of the mobile training: learning takes place digitally on a smartphone with the specially developed SAFE SERVICE® learning app. If there are significant changes, the SAFE SERVICE® app informs employees directly via push message to their cell phones.
The heart of SAFE SERVICE® communication is the visible certification: as soon as a business has completed the digital training, it receives the official SAFE SERVICE® certificate from the Tyrol Chamber of Commerce and stickers that are placed in a clearly visible location for guests.
